Downloadable Exercise Sheets

Practicing stretches and poses at home is a great way to add to your yoga experience. It allows you time to hold your poses a little longer and to work on those poses which are most beneficial to you. I know many would like to practice some of the exercises and poses at home and even share them with friends and family. It’s hard sometimes to remember the poses we do in class, so I have opened this section that will contain downloadable and printable sheets showing many of the poses and stretches we do in class.
