Our Instructors


Becky Fisher

Becky has been studying and practicing yoga for 14 years and started her teaching career at Citrus Yoga under Laura’s tutelage, during this time she also completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course and is Registered with Yoga Alliance. Her teaching style is positive with emphasis on proper alignment and modifications that fit every body type while encouraging her students to develop a consistent and mindful practice.

Becky is also and avid Standup Paddleboarder and is looking forward to bringing Yoga and SUP to the area. If she’s not in the studio look for her out on the water with her paddle board.


Matthew Fiorenza

Matthew Fiorenza is a lifelong fitness enthusiast who started out as a Martial Arts student.  He eventually progressed to owning and operating his own schools in Orange County, CA and Los Angeles California.  He currently teaches beginner martial arts and self-defense via special clinics in the community and to his advanced students at their schools.

Matthew has been practicing yoga for seven plus years as a solo discipline, and yoga aspects included in Martial Arts for over 45 years.  Included in his eclectic experience is Qigong and forms of Pranayama.  In Matthew’s yoga class you can expect a mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa and Breath Work.With many years professional teaching experience and training other teachers, Matthew sees a union between Yoga & Martial Arts as the Chinese Monks who developed Martial Arts first learned Yoga from India and incorporated it into their system of health and longevity.

Matthew is married with three children and lives in Pine Ridge.


Lori Witkowich

Lori Witkowich has been practicing yoga for 15 years, she has 300 plus Yoga Alliance hours working on her 500 hours Registered Yoga Teacher Certification.

Lori enjoys teaching and practicing all kinds of yoga, including–Hatha, hot yoga, paddleboard yoga, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, and Yin. She’s trained at the Amrit Yoga Institute and Himalayan Institute. She is passionate about helping people learn about themselves through their practice of yoga.
