This is a mixed class open for beginner students and Level 2 students. Introduction and review to fundamental yoga postures, alignment principles and breathing to increase strength flexibility, endurance, balance and relaxation. New students may join at any time. Be sure to let your instructor know if you have any physical issues so appropriate adjustments can be made. Hands on adjustments may be made by the instructor to assure safety and proper alignment. Poses are linked together to create a soft flow.
